Top 10 Reasons Why...
There are many reasons why you should choose Employee Benefits Planning LLC. Here are a few of them.
What Our Customers
Say About Us

"Employee Benefits Planning has been a huge asset to our company. After starting out 2007 with just a dozen employees (and growing to over 50!) they have continued to lead us every step of the way."

- Jodi Dynes, B & L Furniture, Inc. / DBA Ashley Furniture HomeStore

Today American businesses of all sizes face a huge financial challenge: how to improve employee benefits without increasing costs. Major medical insurance will continue to consume the lion’s share of available benefit dollars. To keep and attract good people in a tight labor market, companies must add more options and more individual choices to pick up where traditional coverage leaves off.

Our program will do the following:

  • Enhance your employee benefits package at little or no direct cost to you as an employer.
  • Provide your employees with benefit options to help pay for off-the-job injuries and disability at little or no direct cost to you.
  • Offering a potential tax savings for both you and your employees by setting up a Section 125 Cafeteria Plan.

As a per-eminent worldwide specialist in work site benefits, we can help strengthen any benefit program by offering your employees a wide variety of customized payroll deduction insurance policies that they choose, pay for, and control. Best of all, when these policies are offered under Section 125 Cafeteria Plan, the employee and employer may save tax dollars.

Section 125 of the IRS code permits employees to pay for payroll deducted medical and dental premiums before tax. The medical premiums are deducted from an employee’s paycheck before taxes are calculated on the gross earnings, creating the adjusted gross income. The employee does not pay taxes on the medical premiums.

This plan allows the employee to take home more of their paycheck each pay period. In return,
it also lowers the employer’s taxes. The Flex Plan and Dependant Child -Care work the same
way on a pre-tax basis.
